These terms cover your use of sd-maynard.com and the tools S.D. Maynard runs alongside it, including the AG Social Schedule app. By using the site or those tools you agree to these terms. Questions go to s.d.maynard.author@gmail.com.
The website
This is the personal author site of S.D. Maynard. You’re welcome to browse, read excerpts, watch trailers, and share links. Book text, cover art, trailers, music, and other creative content on the site are copyrighted and may not be copied, resold, or used to train AI models without written permission.
AG Social Schedule
AG Social Schedule is a private publishing tool used only by S.D. Maynard to upload and manage videos on her own YouTube channels and social accounts. It is not offered to the public, and no one else’s account is connected to it.
- It uses the YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
- It only accesses the connected YouTube channel to upload videos, edit their titles, descriptions, and privacy settings, and manage playlists. It does not read, store, or share anyone else’s data.
- Access can be revoked at any time from Google account permissions.

Purchases
Signed copies and direct sales are handled by our Shopify store, and retailer purchases by the retailer you choose. Their own terms apply once you click through.
No warranty
The site and tools are provided as-is. We do our best to keep everything accurate and running, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or available, and we aren’t liable for losses arising from using it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change too.
