Privacy Policy
This site is the personal author site of S.D. Maynard. The aim of this policy is to be honest about what information the site collects, what it’s used for, and who it’s shared with. If anything here isn’t clear, email s.d.maynard.author@gmail.com and ask.
What this site collects
Newsletter signups. When you join the Readers List or the ARC team, the email address (and any optional name) you provide is stored with our newsletter provider, MailerLite, so we can send you future emails. We do not pass that address to anyone else.
Contact form submissions. Messages sent through the contact form on the About page are delivered via Netlify Forms. The name, email address, and message text you submit are stored with Netlify and forwarded to S.D. Maynard. We use that information solely to reply to you.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs that may include IP addresses, request times, and basic browser information. These are used for security, debugging, and traffic analysis only.
